A skills assessment is required for any applicant to gain entry to the Training Program.
All candidates need to have a basic proficiency in either Avid Media Composer or Adobe Premiere Pro editing platforms.
Trainees will get an introduction to the TV/Film process with an emphasis on professional skills, company culture and etiquette needed for long term success.
Trainees will get a chance to learn about the industry, post production, training, different post environments.
Trainees will learn real life skills and workflows applicable for current job needs. Training will be an intensive, professional skills training for unscripted television taught on Avid and rounding up with a series of progressive drills designed to hone tv workflow specific tasks.
